Contract to Close Transaction Services

Now that you have a buyer, the actual heavy lifting starts. With our Contract to Closing Services we try to eliminate the stress of getting to the closing table. The following services will be provided.

• Assist with all state-required paperwork, including contracts, addendums, disclosures regarding flood risk, and other documents, including electronic or in-person signing.

• Verify receipt of Earnest Money

• Ordering title services, deed preparation, and mortgage payoffs.

• Schedule Inspections...assist with any negotiations from the results

• Recommend contractors for repairs (if needed)

• Schedule Appraisal

• Schedule Closing
